Really enjoyable course, relaxed and informal atmosphere. Excellent Tutor who explained step by step methods and all the different types of spices. The food when cooked was outstanding and it has given me the incentive to try basic Indian cooking and later on more complex dishes. I would thoroughly recommend this course to anyone interested in cooking authentic Indian dishes in their own home. 10/10*****
